All warranties covered replacement of parts and our warranty liability would not be greater than the original purchase price of the part. Labor or additional supplies used is not covered by warranty. Warranty is for replacements only and doesn’t cover refunds. Buyer is responsible for returning the original purchased parts to us and they must be verified before replacements can be send out.
Warranty will start from the original purchase date. Items must be returned to us first before we send replacements. Items will be inspected upon arriving in our warehouse before a replacement is sent out. Warranty is only for original purchaser and they must provide proof of purchase. Items cannot be altered in anyway. If the customer has moved since the original purchase, the customer must inform us of the change of address. In the event, we are out of stock, we will give customer a refund. Please inform us ahead of time that you are returning the items so we will know in advance. If customer returns without informing us, there will be delays as find the customer and we will have to get in contact with the customer.
If you need to return one of our products, you must contact us first. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) and return address. No refund will be issued if merchandise is not received at specified return address. Refund may be delayed if no RMA# is received with returned product. Please write the RMA# below the return address on the outside of the box.
Shipping must be prepaid by the customer on all returns unless the product arrived “Dead on Arrival” or damaged. Customer has one week from delivery date to notify of DOA or damaged product received and might be required to send proof of damage.
All products must be returned in new, unused condition in their original box for refund. If product shows sign of use, customer may be charged a 15% restocking fee. Refunds will be given on merchandise returned in the same manner as originally charged within 5 business days of receipt. We do not accept COD returns and they will be automatically refused.
