If you need to return one of our products, you must contact us first. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) and return address. No refund will be issued if merchandise is not received at specified return address. Refund may be delayed if no RMA# is received with returned product. Please write the RMA# below the return address on the outside of the box.
Shipping must be prepaid by the customer on all returns unless the product arrived “Dead on Arrival” or damaged. Customer has one week from delivery date to notify of DOA or damaged product received and might be required to send proof of damage.
All products must be returned in new, unused condition in their original box for refund. If product shows sign of use, customer may be charged a 15% restocking fee. Refunds will be given on merchandise returned in the same manner as originally charged within 5 business days of receipt. We do not accept COD returns and they will be automatically refused.
